Fight Ailments… WITHOUT Medicines!

WHAT?

A talk by Mr Vijay K Bansal on ‘Good Health Without Medicines’, under the Healthy Mind in a Healthy Body program

WHEN & WHERE?

Friday, October 31, 2.15 pm, Kalpavriksha (West Campus)

WHO?

Vijay K Bansal, author of the book Good Health without Medicines, is a strong proponent of healthy practices. Having suffered seriously from ill-health and the effects of excessive medication, he gave up all medicines in 1984 and recovered by means of therapies propagated by the ancient texts. Since then he has been on a crusade to help humanity to stay away from medicines as far as possible and to “Give the body a chance to heal itself without giving it crutches for the smallest and the most trivial reasons”.

He has also promised to himself to do this in all humility as a social service without seeking any monetary gains.

Through interactive talks, seminars and workshops, he has been spreading this message in India and abroad. The profile of Mr Bansal is enclosed.

We hope that you participate in large numbers and take away practical and useful knowledge with you!

Regards,

HealthyMinds Team

Physical exercise is one of the ways to lead a good health without medicine. It reduces muscular tension, refreshes the spirit and stimulates creativity. Physical exercises stimulate the secretion of serotonin in the brain, a substance that gives you a good state of mind.
